    How to Redeem Rewards Points Earned on HDFC Platinum Edge Credit Card

    There are two ways to redeem your Rewards Points - online and offline:

    Online - Through NetBanking

    • Log into HDFC Credit Card NetBanking using your username and password.
    • Locate the 'Credit Card' tab on top and click on it.
    • You will have to complete a one-time registration for your credit card by clicking on 'Register New Card'. This option is found on the left-hand side on the navigation bar.
    • Complete the registration process by entering your 4-digit card PIN.
    • Next, locate the 'Redeem Reward Points' on the left-hand side on the navigation bar and click on it. Click on 'Continue' to go to the Online Redemption portal.
    • On the Online Redemption Homepage, click on 'Redeem Reward Points'.
    • Select your 'Points Range' (based on your accumulated points) and then on 'Item Category' to see the catalog.
    • Add items to your shopping cart.
    • Click on the 'View Shopping Cart' option to see your selected items. You can modify the quantity here by using the 'Edit' option.
    • Read the 'Terms and Conditions' and check the box confirming the same.
    • Click on the 'Redeem' option to complete the process. You will receive a Redemption Order Number. Save this number in case of any future discrepancy.

    The items you have redeemed will be sent to the address you see on the redemption page. If there is a discrepancy pertaining to the address, then do not proceed to redeem your points. You will need to call the bank's customer service to update your address first.

    Offline - Through Post

    • Check your available points on the NetBanking portal or on your credit card statement.
    • Select the reward(s) of your choice and generate the coupon for the same.
    • Post the receipt of the coupon through the 'Rewards Redemption Coupons' form available on the bank's website for download and submission by post.

    The redeemed items will be delivered to your registered address in 10 to 15 business days.
