    Step: 2 – Contact Axis Bank’s Nodal Officer

    If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the customer care department, you can escalate the concern to the higher official appointed the bank. The first level of escalation is to write to Axis Bank’s Nodal officer.     Step: 3 – Write to Axis Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer

    Even after escalating the concern to the Regional Nodal Officer, if you are not satisfied with the solution given to you, As per the guidelines drafted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the next level of escalation is to get in touch with the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO) appointed by the bank. You can get in touch with the Axis Bank PNO by submitting an online form or by mailing a duly-filed grievance redressal form.     Axis Bank Overseas Banking - Grievance Redressal

    If you are an Axis Bank customer residing outside India including Singapore, Hong Kong, DIFC, Sri Lanka, Abu Dhabi, and UAE, follow the below grievance redressal process, if you are not satisfied with the response you got from the customer care department.

    Step 1: The first level of escalation for overseas customers is to submit an online grievance redressal form. You can access this form in the ‘Overseas Banking Grievance Redressal’ page under step-1 on the Axis Bank official website. Click on the link you see on the page and start filling the online form. Both Axis Bank customers and non-customers can submit an online grievance redressal form. Once you submit the form, you will get a response from the grievance department within 10 working days. Once you have escalated a concern, Axis Bank has the right to contact you via phone or e-mail to resolve the issue.

    Step 2: If you do not hear from Axis Bank within 10 working days after you submit the online grievance redressal form, you can further escalate the issue to Axis Bank’s Nodal Officer by submitting a form online. You will find the online form to escalate the issue on the same page under step- 2. Click on the link and start filling the form. You will be asked to enter your Service Request Number and account details. Once you escalate the concern to the Nodal Officer, you should get a response within 10 working days.

    Step- 3: If you do not hear from the Nodal Officer within 10 working days, you have the right to further escalate the issue to Axis Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). To escalate the concern to the PNO, you will have to submit a seperate form online. The form is available under step-3 in the grievance redressal page on Axis Bank website. Similar to the steps explained above, fill all the required details, check the authorisation box and submit it to receive a call or e-mail providing resolution to your query from the bank. Your query/concern is most likely to get resolved at any one of the three levels. In case, it is not, you can approach the Banking Ombudsman of the country where you maintain your Axis Bank account.

      I have been using Axis credit for last 2.5 years where i have got the credit limit of Rs 45000 which they have reduced without my concern and response which they have given is not satisfactory , The charges are high for the card , where i used to get more hidden charges , the interest rate for the penalty is also high . Overall am not satisfied with the card and service .

      Its a LIC card from Axis bank, I used to make the premium through Axis credit card at the time the bonus points gets increase. I can convert the points into cash back, they got tie up with many out lets, They need some more improvement on the customer support but its good for LIC holders.

      My experience was good with AXIS bank credit card, the process took 1.5 months to complete. There was no annual fee charged for this credit card and the credit limit is fine in this card. I use this credit card for multipurpose and the customer service was very good.

      I have not received my first month statement also. Last 1 month, i have been using this card. I'm not at all happy about the credit limit which they have offered to me. Its very low credit limit when i compared with all other credit cards. There has been no annual fee. I spoke with the customer care people and the service was average and connecting time was low.

      I have been using Axis bank credit card , there service is good, they have given me good offers and discount , like i use to get 5%-10% discount on every Wednesday and they have not charged me annual fee in this card,as it is ;life time free credit card, and i am happy with my credit limit they have given me to me compare to other credit card which i have.
