For any kind of queries about Axis Bank credit cards, you can call the customer care numbers mentioned above which are applicable all over the country.
In the case of loss or theft, you will need to block your axis credit card to avoid any kind of fraudulent transactions. After your card is blocked, you can request for your card to be replaced. The account number will remain the same, however, the card details will change.
You can block your card by following these steps:
Step 1: By logging in to your Axis Bank account, you can visit the support page of the bank.
Step 2: Click on ‘Support Home Page’
Step 3: Select the option of ‘Get It Done Instantly’.
Step 4: Choose ‘Block and Replace Your Debit/Credit Card’.
Step 5: Enter your registered mobile number.
Step 6: Once you do, an OTP will be sent to you which must be entered.
Step 7: Select your card and click on ‘Submit’.
Aha! is a dedicated chatbot by Axis Bank where you can get answers to all your queries regarding different products offered by the bank. You can block your credit card by following the steps below:
Step 1: Type ‘Block Credit Card’.
Step 2: Log in to your net banking account or by using your MPIN.
Step 3: Select the credit card which needs to be blocked and click on ‘Confirm’.
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number, and your card will be blocked.
To block your credit card through internet banking, here are the steps that need to be followed:
Step 1: Click on the section called ‘Accounts’.
Step 2: Select ‘My Credit Cards’.
Step 3: Choose the credit card which needs to be blocked.
Step 4: From the options, click on ‘More Services’.
Step 5: Click on ‘Block Credit Card’ and mention the reason.
Step 6: Once you click on ‘Next’, a code will be sent to you. Enter it to complete the request.
To block your credit card, you must SMS BLOCK ‘16-digit credit card number’ to 5676782 from your registered mobile number.
Once you have blocked your credit card, the bank will send your new card by post within ten working days.

There are mainly three levels for Grievance Redressal at Axis Bank:
Level 1: Queries, Complaints, and Request Redressal
For any kind of query, complaint, or request regarding the bank or any of its products, you can use Live Chat, call the customer care number, or locate your nearest bank branch to visit and seek clarification.
Level 2: Writing to a Nodal Officer
If the response from visiting the bank, live chat, or calling customer care is not satisfactory and does not answer your question, you can always write to the Nodal Officer through an e-mail or a letter. If your complaint is regarding a branch visit, then you must write to the Circle Nodal Officer.
Level 3: Writing to the Principal Nodal Officer
You can connect directly with the Principal Nodal Officer if your query isn’t answered by the Nodal Officer/Circle Nodal Officer, I.e., if you are not satisfied with the Level 2 response. You can either write an e-mail stating your concern to the Principal Nodal Officer or you can download the grievance form and send it to the mentioned address on the form.
If your queries are still not answered to your satisfaction, you can contact the Banking Ombudsman.

You will get the replacement credit card from Axis Bank through the post within ten working days after you have blocked your credit card.
The minimum balance for an Axis Bank account ranges from Rs.2,500 to Rs.1,00,000.
