Axis Bank customers having accounts in other countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, DIFC, Sri Lanka, Abu Dhabi and UAE can follow the below grievance redressal process, if they haven’t received proper response from the bank’s customer care centres.
Step: 1 – The first level of overseas grievance redressal process includes submitting an online grievance form. The form is available in the bank’s website in the ‘Overseas Banking Grievance Redressal’ page under step-1.
Once you click the link, you have to confirm your relationship with the bank, either existing customer or not. Both the existing customers and non-existing customers will, however, be redirected to the grievance redressal form page where you need to fill all the required details. You can enter your grievance details in the comments section and click ‘Submit’, to forward your request.
By submitting the request you are authorising the bank to call or e-mail you through which they will resolve your query. You will receive a response within 10 working days.
Step: 2 – If you haven’t received any response after 10 days or if the provided solution is not satisfactory, you can approach Axis Bank’s Nodal Officer by submitting a form online.
You can find the online form on the same page under step-2. Fill the form with all the required details such as service request number, customer ID or account number, email ID, mobile number, and your grievance. Once you are done, click ‘Submit’ to send the form.
You will receive a call or e-mail from the Nodal Officer or the respective department within 10 working days.
Step: 3 – The third and the final level of escalation in the grievance redressal process is to approach Axis Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). A separate online form is available under step-3 in the grievance redressal page on Axis Bank website, using which you can forward your unresolved concerns to the bank’s PNO.
Similar to the steps explained above, fill all the required details, check the authorisation box and submit it to receive a call or e-mail providing resolution to your query from the bank.
Your query/concern is most likely to get resolved at any one of the three levels. In case, it is not, you can approach the Banking Ombudsman of the country where you maintain your Axis Bank account.
