    Standard Chartered Bank – Grievance Redressal

    Standard Chartered Bank has a robust grievance redressal system in place to ensure proper customer service and satisfaction are delivered promptly.

    Here is a step-by-step guide on how to approach the bank to have any of your grievance/feedback related to any products/services aired to Standard Chartered Bank.

    Step:1 – Basic Channels

    Before escalating the issue/concerns to higher management or officials, customers use the following channels to attempt a quick resolution of their problem.
