    Standard Chartered Bank – Grievance Redressal

    Standard Chartered Bank has a robust grievance redressal system in place to ensure proper customer service and satisfaction are delivered promptly.

    Below is a step-by-step guide to approach the bank in case of any grievance/feedback related to any products/services offered by Standard Chartered Bank.

    Step:1 – Use Basic Channels

    Even before escalating the issue/concern to the higher officials, customers should approach Standard Chartered Bank through any one of the below mentioned channels.

    Even after escalating your issue to multiple officers at different levels, your issues remains unresolved, Banking Ombudsman is the last person to help you. However, you should approach him only after waiting for at least 30 days since you’ve registered your complaint for the first time.
