    Punjab National Bank Rewards Programme:

    PNB Global Classic Cardholders can earn 2 reward points for every Rs. 100 spent using this card. Reward points can be redeemed only if the cardholder has accumulated at least 500 reward points. The PNB Global Gold Credit Card and the PNB Global Platinum Credit card provides customers the opportunity to earn 1 reward point for every Rs. 100 spent on their respective cards. Platinum credit cardholders can also enjoy more reward points on retail transactions, i.e., they can earn 2 rewards points for every Rs. 150 spent on the card.


    In order to be eligible for the PNB Global Credit Cards, you have to fulfill certain eligibility parameter, which are as follows:

    • In order to qualify for a PNB Global Credit Card the educational qualification requirement for the applicant is that he/she should have at least passed their 10th standard exams.
    • Age criteria: The applicant should be at least 21 years old and not over 65 years of age, in order to be eligible for this credit card.
    • The add-on cardholder must not be less than 18 years of age or more than 65 years of age.
    • Salaried applicants must fulfill an income criteria of minimum Rs.1,00,000/- annually for being eligible for a PNB Global Classic Credit card and a minimum of Rs. 2, 50, 000/- for being eligible for a PNB Global Gold Credit card.
    • Applicants who are into business or are self-employed/ professionals must also fulfill an income criteria of at least Rs.1,00,000/- annually for being eligible for a PNB Global Classic Credit card and a minimum of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- for being eligible for a PNB Global Gold Credit card.
    • The applicant should be an Indian Resident or must reside within the city limits of the Bank’s branches.

    Punjab National Bank Credit Card Documents Required:

    The documentation that has to be submitted by the applicant at the time of application is as follows:

    • PAN Card copy which is self-attested; or Form 60 / 61.
    • Proof of Residence: The applicant must provide address proof at the time of applying for a PNB Global Credit Card. He/she can submit any of the following documents for this purpose - Telephone Bill, Bank Account Statement, Electricity Bill, Letter from a recognized public authority which is approved by the bank or Letter from bank-recognized employer.
    • The applicant must have an existing relationship with the Bank which has been prevalent for a minimum period of 6 months at least.
    • Identity Proof: The applicant also has to submit a valid identity proof at the time of applying for the PNB Global credit card. It can be any of the following documents - Passport, Voter’s Identity Card, PAN Card, Company ID Card, Driving License, Letter from a bank-approved recognized public authority or public servant that verifies the applicant’s identity and residence.
    • Proof of Income: The Salary Certificate, copy of Form 16, IT Returns, or Salary Certificate can be submitted by the applicant as proof of income.

      The ‘IVR 3D Secure’ system offers added protection to your IVR transactions, by authorizing it though an OTP sent to the cardholder on his/her mobile number which has been registered at the time of application. This method can also be used to make purchases through any merchant IVR system as well.

    4. Can I perform an IVR transaction without entering the OTP?

      No, the IVR transaction feature on the PNB Credit Cards cannot be done without using the OTP.

    5. What is the validity period of the OTP?

      An OTP sent to the customer’s registered mobile number is valid only for 60 minutes and is applicable only on not more than transaction. Therefore, the cardholder has to receive a new OTP for each transaction.
