Loss of Card

In case you have lost or misplaced your card, you will need to immediately notify the bank by calling the credit card customer care number provided previously.

If you are not able to contact the bank through the customer care numbers, you can also block your IndusInd credit card through the IndusInd Bank mobile app or mobile website. It is of utmost importance to report the loss of your card to prevent any fraudulent transactions.

IndusInd Bank Credit Card Grievance Redressal

If you are not satisfied with the response from the bank’s customer care service or have not received an adequate response, here’s their escalation matrix:

Level 1:

In this level you contact customer service either by phone or e-mail. Once you have stated your query to the department and they have registered it, it takes up to 7 working days for the Card Services Cell of the bank to get back to you with the solution. This will be sent to you via e-mail or through a call by the bank. You can also contact the Head – Card Services at 701/801 Solitaire Corporate Park 167, Chakala Andheri (East), Mumbai-400 093.

Level 2:

If in case you are not satisfied by the solution offered by the customer care of the bank, you can then address your query to the Nodal Officer and the Chief Customer Service Officer of the bank. The Nodal Officer is responsible for the implementation of customer service for all complaints of the bank.

The Nodal Officer appointed by the bank is Ms. Anita Verghese who can be contacted through phone, e-mail, or fax.

To get in touch with the Nodal Officer, you can call 022 - 6641 2200, 020 - 6641 2319 or state your grievance in an e-mail and send it to nodal.officer@indusind.com.

Level 3:

If your query or grievance is not solved to your satisfaction by the Nodal Officer, you can contact the Internal Ombudsman of the bank. The Internal Ombudsman who is also the Chief Customer Service Officer is responsible to examine all complaints escalated by the Nodal Officer in case they are unable to provide a solution themselves. The final response in this matter will be provided by the Internal Ombudsman.

  • Indusind Bank Customers Can Now Use Alexa To Make Transactions

    IndusInd Bank customers can now use Amazon Alexa to made various banking and non-banking transactions through their account. They can now transfer money, do recharges, and also make credit card payments using voice commands.

    The service is available on all Alexa powered devices including the Amazon Echo and the Echo Dot devices. Speaking about the partnership, the bank said that it has launched Alexa Skill - called IndusAssist which enables them to make various transactions with their IndusInd bank account.

    To begin with the transaction, they need to go through a one-time registration and link their bank account with Alexa using their smartphones.

    Once the registration is done, account holders can make transactions, and the process is guarded by a two-step authentication module. Through this, IndusInd Bank becomes the first even financial institution to offer such a service, while other banks are still using text-based chatbots for transaction purposes.

    Ritesh Raj Saxena, Head of Savings, Digital, and Payments, spoke about the move and said that the company is happy with their partnership and said that the company is hoping to take things beyond the conventional banking channels and proceed into Internet of Things.
