IndusInd Bank offers a dedicated customer care number for any kind of query or complaint regarding credit cards. In case you wish to lodge a complaint or have a query, you can call 1860 267 7777.

Loss of Card
In case you have lost or misplaced your card, you will need to immediately notify the bank by calling the credit card customer care number provided previously.
If you are not able to contact the bank through the customer care numbers, you can also block your IndusInd credit card through the IndusInd Bank mobile app or mobile website. It is of utmost importance to report the loss of your card to prevent any fraudulent transactions.

Pioneer customers can email their queries to pioneer@indusind.com and if you are an Exclusive customer, email your queries or complaints to exclusive@indusind.com. If you are a new customer then you can email your queries to Premium.care@indusind.com.
If you are an international customer, IndusInd Bank requests you to raise a complaint or query through their dedicated email address nri@indusind.com. For any queries related to credit card, you can call the number 022-42207777.
If you are an existing customer, the email ID to which you can send your query will vary depending on the credit card availed by you. If you are a new customer the you can email your queries to Premium.care@indusind.com.
For domestic customers, if you wish to raise a complaint or need clarity on a query, you can send an e-mail to reachus@indusind.com
International customers can send their queries or complaints at nri@indusind.com.
If you are not satisfied with the response from the bank’s customer care service or have not received an adequate response, here’s their escalation matrix:
Level 1:
In this level you contact customer service either by phone or e-mail. Once you have stated your query to the department and they have registered it, it takes up to 7 working days for the Card Services Cell of the bank to get back to you with the solution. This will be sent to you via e-mail or through a call by the bank. You can also contact the Head – Card Services at 701/801 Solitaire Corporate Park 167, Chakala Andheri (East), Mumbai-400 093.
Level 2:
If in case you are not satisfied by the solution offered by the customer care of the bank, you can then address your query to the Nodal Officer and the Chief Customer Service Officer of the bank. The Nodal Officer is responsible for the implementation of customer service for all complaints of the bank.
The Nodal Officer appointed by the bank is Mr. Vikas Nigam who can be contacted through phone, e-mail, or fax.

Level 3:
If your query or grievance is not solved to your satisfaction by the Nodal Officer, you can contact the Internal Ombudsman of the bank. The Internal Ombudsman who is also the Chief Customer Service Officer is responsible to examine all complaints escalated by the Nodal Officer in case they are unable to provide a solution themselves. The final response in this matter will be provided by the Internal Ombudsman.
