In Case of Card Theft: If your card is stolen or has been stolen, you will have to block your card immediately. You can do this by calling 18001031212 if you are in India or +91 22 49350000 if you are overseas.
You can also log in to your net banking account or your mobile application and block your credit card.
Another way to block your credit card in case it has been stolen or is missing is to do so via SMS. The format for the SMS is:

In Case Your Card is Blocked: If your credit card has been blocked, you will have to notify the customer care centre. Depending on the reason for your card being blocked, they may ask you to either apply for a replacement card or they will unblock the card.

If all of these methods fail to provide you with an adequate solution to your concern, you can approach the banking ombudsman. The banking ombudsman is appointed by the Reserve Bank of India for each city.
It is important to note, however, that before you approach the banking ombudsman, you will need a letter from YES Bank stating that your complaint was not resolved within one month from the date of which the bank first received the complaint.

There may be instances where you may not be able to meet the branch manager, especially if they have prior commitments. A better way to meet the manager and air your concern is to visit the branch on the 7th of every month. This is the date on which YES Bank observes Customer Day. On this day, you can air your concerns to the bank staff from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In case the 7th of a particular month falls on a bank holiday or is a half day, Customer Day will be observed on the 6th of the month.

In general, the bank will try and get back to you within 7 working days. If you have previously filed a complaint and haven’t yet received a resolution, do provide the complaint number to the bank officials so that it can be tracked.
