    Level: 1 – The initial step to take when you have any issue/concern related to the bank’s products or services is to raise the same through any of the following channels

    • An online ‘QUERY/COMPLAINT/FEEDBACK’ form is available under the ‘Complaints’ page on the bank’s website. Fill the required details along with your concern/query and submit the same. You will hear back from the bank soon.
    • Yes Bank net banking users can raise their complaints through the ‘My Space’ section using the ‘Mailbox’ option
    • Any mobile app related queries can be raised through the feedback/query link available on the respective Yes Bank apps including Yes Mobile, Yes Pay, Yes Tag, etc.
    • You can follow the bank on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., and express your concerns/queries through the same.

    The bank also observes the 7th day of every month as ‘Customer Day’ and allows all its customers to share their opinion/feedback/complaints on its products/services. You can walk-in on that day between 3 pm and 5 pm to take your concerns to the bank’s notice.
