In Case of Your Card Being Blocked: If your card has been mistakenly blocked, please call customer care to see if it can be unblocked. If your card cannot be unblocked, you will have to request for a replacement credit card.

Visit the Bank
You can also visit your nearest Punjab National Bank branch or go to the branch you bank with to have your concerns addressed.
If you decide to submit your complaint to the bank, you will have to fill in the complaint form, submit it to the bank manager, and receive acknowledgement of the same.
You can either download this form from the website or get it from the manager at the bank. All branches will have a perforated complaint book.
