Bank of Baroda offers a multitude of credit card bill payment options to customers, enabling them to perform transactions without any hassles. Users can choose any method of payment according to their convenience and pay outstanding bills as per the due date. The online payment modes available to Bank of Baroda credit card holders can use the following offline payment options - Cheques, Auto Debits, Drafts or Cash payments at branches.
The following online payment modes can be used by Bank of Baroda credit card customers:
Payments through BillDesk can also be done by Bank of Baroda credit card customers. In order to make use of this facility, customers have to hold an online ID, available on the credit card bill. To pay credit card bills, users have to first register with BillDesk, free of cost. BillDesk offers this service only in select cities currently.
Bank of Baroda customers can also make payments by logging into their net banking accounts after registering on the web portal. Customers have to use the username and password issued by the bank to access their accounts and make payments.
Credit Card Bill Payment
Visa Bill Pay services offer a very easy and convenient platform to make payments towards any Visa BOB credit card. Customers can make either or one-time payments or set instructions to make scheduled recurring payments towards their bills.
Bank of Baroda credit card bills can be quickly repaid using the BOB Cards Insta Pay service provided through net banking. Customers can pay their bills through Insta Pay without even logging into the BOB portal. Users have multiple options to choose from as over 50 banks across India currently participate in this service. To make a payment, customer must select Insta Pay, enter the BOB credit card number, enter the verification code, confirm the card holder’s name, enter amount, mobile number and email address. Then the preferred bank through which the payment has to be paid has to be chosen, Customers have the option of using wither Other Bank Net banking services or Bank of Baroda net banking services. Once the payment transaction has been completed successfully, customers will receive the confirmation receipt. The payment done by the customer will be available in the card account in two working days.
Customers can also make outstanding credit card bill payments through NEFT transfers up to an amount of Rs. 1, 00,000. The details that have to be mentioned while making the transfer are as follows -
Bank of Baroda customer can also make RTGS payments towards their credit card bills for amount up to Rs. 1, 00,000. While performing RTGS transactions customers have to mention the IFSC code - BARB0COLABA and the sixteen digit credit card number in the beneficiary account field.
The following offline payment modes can be used by Bank of Baroda customers:
Payments through cash can be made at any Bank of Baroda branch with the sixteen digit credit card number being mentioned in the deposit slip. Customers can also receive an acknowledgement from the bank for their payments.
A local cheque can be deposited at any Bank of Baroda branch, with the sixteen digit credit card number being mentioned in the deposit slip.
The Auto debit feature can be used by Bank of Baroda customers to make payments for their outstanding bills from their savings or current accounts. To activate the Electronic Clearing Service, customers have to submit the filled-in Auto Debit form to the nearest Bank of Baroda branch.
To receive e-statements, customers have to register their email addresses and mobile numbers with Bank of Baroda. BOB credit card holders can login to their net banking accounts and access their monthly statements online.
Auto debit payments will be processed on the planned date, with the account being debited as per the standing instructions set. This will be done before the cut-off time set by the bank. In case, the scheduled date is a holiday, the account will be debited on the next working day.
Yes, the status of completed payments can be checked under the ‘View Payments made’ tab. Other ‘Pending’ payments can be viewed under the Bill Pay home page 'Alerts' section.
Yes, under the ‘Show Payments made’ section customers can view all their past payments. To generate a receipt, they have to click on the particular bill to generate an e-receipt.
Yes, customers have to pay either the Total Amount Due or lesser or the minimum amount due as mentioned in the credit card statement.
Yes, Bank of Baroda credit card bill payments can be made from any location using net banking services.
