    IndusInd Bank Credit Card Bill Payment

    IndusInd Bank offers various online and offline options for credit card payments to its cardholders. These options are provided by the bank to simplify the payment process. People can pay the bills using IndusInd Bank accounts and non – IndusInd Bank accounts, whichever is suitable for them. The bank has a number of services such as internet banking, phone banking, mobile applications, etc. through which customers can get monthly reminders about their payment due dates. These reminders ensure that cardholders pay their bills on time and avoid any delay.

    Online Modes for IndusInd Bank Credit Card Bill Payment:

    • Net Banking:

      People can easily pay their credit card bills online using the net banking service of IndusInd Bank called ‘IndusNet’. To use the service, they need to have an account with the bank. They have to sign up for the IndusNet service and add their credit cards for the same as well. Through this facility, they will be able to get all the details related to their credit card.

      Payment Process: Once the IndusNet service is activated, people have to simply visit the website of the bank and login using their username and password. They must choose the Funds Transfer option and add their credit card number as a beneficiary. After this, they have to select the card, the bill of which they want to pay and the bank account using which they wish to pay the money. Then, they have to enter the amount they want to transfer and confirm the date of the transaction. To confirm the transaction, they must validate it using a transaction password or OTP number.

    • ATM Funds Transfer:

      To transfer funds via ATM, people have to first select the bill payment option for credit card and then choose the account through which they wish to make the payment. After this step, they have to enter the number of the Beneficiary credit card and confirm the transaction. 

    • Auto Debit Facility:

      IndusInd Bank provides their credit cardholders with an Auto Debit Facility, using which cardholders can authorize the bank to deduct a certain percentage of the dues pending every month on the due date from their IndusInd Bank account. To activate this facility, cardholders have to download the Auto Debit form and mail it to the bank.

    IndusInd Bank Credit Card Bill Payment from Non – IndusInd Bank Accounts:

    • Via Net Banking:

      When customers wish to pay their IndusInd credit card bills using their account from other banks, they can use a third party website powered by Bill Desk for paying the bill. The link for the third party website can be found on the website of IndusInd Bank.

      To pay the bill, customers have to first provide their IndusInd credit card details and then select the bank account using which they want to pay the bill. On providing these details, they will be directed to the payment page of the bank, using the account of which they are paying their IndusInd credit card bill. Payments can be made only from the accounts of the banks listed on the website. Here, they have to confirm the payment by providing their authentication details and within 3 working days the amount will be credited to their IndusInd credit card. They will also receive an online confirmation that will inform them if their transaction was successful or not.

    • Via IndusCube:

      IndusInd Bank Credit Card holders can pay their credit card bills using the IndusCube mobile application. To use the service, they have to download the application on their phone. IndusCube has a feature called SwiftPay which allows customers to manage and pay their credit card bills online from any bank account.

    • Via Electronic Clearing System (ECS):

      Cardholders can pay their IndusInd credit card bills using the Electronic Clearing System. Through this facility customers authorize IndusInd Bank to deduct their credit card bill amounts from accounts that they hold with any other bank in India. The money will be debited 3 working days before the payment is due. To use the service, customers have to download the ECS form, fill and mail it to the bank.

    • Via NEFT or RTGS or IMPS:

      IndusInd Bank Credit Card holders can pay their credit card bills from any bank that provides NEFT or IMPS or RTGS services. To use the service, they have to login to the net banking service of their bank and select online funds transfer. Here, they have to add their IndusInd credit card as a beneficiary and start the transfer. The IMPS service is available only to those banks eligible for this service. This payment has to be made 2 days before the payment is due.

    • Via SWIFT Transfer:

      Cardholders outside India can use SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) facility to pay their IndusInd credit card bills. They can transfer money from their local branch to their IndusInd credit card.

    • Via VISA Money Transfer (VMT):

      VISA Money Transfer (VMT) has made the payment process of IndusInd Bank VISA credit cards very easy. This service by VISA lets cardholders pay their pending credit card bills by allowing them to transfer funds to their VISA credit card online from their other bank accounts.

    Offline Modes for IndusInd Bank Credit Card Bill Payment:

    • Cash:

      IndusInd Bank credit cardholders can pay their credit card bills by visiting any branch of IndusInd bank and making the payment in cash. To make the payment, they have to provide their 16 digit credit card number to the branch. For these payments, the bank charges a cash payment fee of Rs.100.

    • Cheque or Draft:

      IndusInd Bank allows their credit cardholders to pay their bills by dropping a cheque or a draft in drop boxes. The bank has partnered with Skypak and BILLBOX (earlier known as MINC) to provide these drop boxes at multiple locations to its cardholders. People can also drop the cheques and drafts at any IndusInd Bank ATM located in India. The cheque or the draft has to be in the name of your IndusInd Bank credit card number. On the back of the cheque or draft, customers have to mention their name and phone number and they have to attach the payment slip to the same. The cheques have to be dropped 4 days prior to the payment due date.

    IndusInd Bank Credit Card Credit Card Statement:

    Credit cardholders can get a physical copy of their IndusInd Bank credit card statements every month. This statement has a record of all the activities related to your credit card and add on cards such as the national and international transactions made by you, payments received, etc. The statement can be availed for both the Indulge credit cards and non - Indulge credit cards online via email or from the net banking facility, mobile application, IndusInd 24/7 phone banking service, etc. Apart from this customers can also receive SMS alerts related to their card payments.
