    1. What if I do not want to add a specific biller to my BillDesk account? Are there any other ways, BillDesk gets my biller information?
    2. BilLDesk will only get the biller information from you. If you wish to not add a specific biller, you can go ahead and do so. Without you adding a biller and your authorisation, BillDesk will not voluntarily add any biller on your account.

    3. Can I add any bank account to use BillDesk?
    4. Yes. You can go ahead and add any of your existing bank accounts to use BillDesk services. However, your bank account should have a 9-digit MICR code. A Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) Code can be found at the bottom of your cheque leaf.

    5. How do I get started with BillDesk service?
    6. To get started, you will be required to fill a registration form and submit a Payment Authorisation Form and provide your bank account details. You will also have to attach a photocopy of your cheque or a canceled cheque to verify the MICR Code. Once you have submitted all documents required, you will be allowed to add billers and process payments.
