      "Average Service"
      0.5 5.0/5 "Blown Away!"
The SBI savings account is really good but there customer service and the banking service is not up to the mark and still they need to work a lot to compete with others banks. I have this account for past 5 years there is no minimum balance to be maintained in this account and I am planning to shutdown this account as they were charging unnecessarily.

I do use SBI cards. The annual fee for the card is around 500 rupees. SBI is giving more reward points also I could convert all those points into cash. The credit limit is pretty good. Moreover there are no penalty charges or hidden charges with SBI. I never seen a Bank likes this, which is deducting the amount unnecessarily.

The relationship with SBI visa credit card is good. They don't have good features no good offer nothing they have so much of drawback so that's why I did not ask to them to enhance my limit it has not been good experience. I am actually planning to close this card and the credit limit they had offered me a limit of 1 lakhs and 2999 is yearly charge for the card.

SBI is much better for credit card services. The reason is, there is no irrelevant and hidden charges as private banks. Also I was offered a life time free credit card. If I have reward points on my card I will utilize that for shopping purpose too.

I had applied for a car loan very recently. They took one week of time for the process. The credit limit given by them was pretty much sufficient, which is 2L. My documents were collected by their executives on time. About offers and reward points, I do not have much idea because I have yet to use my card.
