In Case of Credit Card Theft: If your credit card has been lost or is stolen, you should block your card immediately. You can do so by calling 1800 22 22 44 or 080 25300175.
In Case of Your Card Being Blocked: A credit card once blocked cannot be unblocked. If you had previously blocked your card, you will have to raise a request for a new one. You can do this by calling 1800 22 22 44 or 080 25300175. You can also call the customer care centre if your card is mistakenly blocked by the bank.
In Case of Disputed Credit Card Transaction: If you find a charge on your statement that you would like to dispute, you will have to submit a letter disputing the transaction and send it along with sufficient proof to:
