The credit cardholders of DCB Bank have many online and offline options for paying their card bills every month. They can either use online options such as net banking, Auto Debit, mobile banking, etc. or offline options such as cash or cheque payment to pay their credit card bills. The bank also allows them to pay their bills through an account they hold with another bank or through another bank’s credit card. Apart from this, they can also use the phone banking service or the SMS Facility to get information about their DCB Bank credit card at any time.
DCB Bank credit card customers have the option of paying their monthly card bills using the bank’s net banking service. Cardholders are required to have a DCB Bank account with the net banking service activated on it, if they want to pay their bills online. This service is fast and cardholders can pay their bills at anytime from anywhere, all they need is an internet connection and a computer.
DCB Bank credit cardholders can visit any branch of the bank and ask them to activate the Auto Debit facility for their credit card. This facility will allow the bank to automatically deduct either the minimum credit card bill amount due or the full credit card bill amount due every month, depending on the option they have chosen.
Cardholders can use the Mobile Banking facility offered by DCB Bank to make their credit card payments. They have to download the DCB Bank Mobile Banking App on their phone and login to their account. After logging in, they can transfer the outstanding bill amount to their credit card account.
DCB Bank credit cardholders have the option of paying their credit card bills via cash. To make the payment, they have to visit the bank’s branch that is nearest to them and fill the pay- in slip available at the information desk. They have to submit the pay- in slip along with the cash to the teller at the counter and collect the receipt.
DCB Bank allows their credit cardholders to pay their card bills by cheque. To make the payment, they have to fill the correct information on the cheque and sign it. The cheque has to be drawn in favour of their credit card number. Cardholders have to mention their name and contact number on the back of the cheque. They have to deposit the cheque at any branch of the bank and they will get an acknowledgement receipt in return.
In order to avoid the issues related to sending the physical credit card statement, DCB Bank provides their cardholders with an e- statement every month. This statement is sent to them on their email and is password protected, so that only the cardholders are able to access it. The statement contains all the information related to their credit card such as the transaction details, pending amount, etc. Cardholders can also get the information related to their credit card through the SMS Facility, Phone and Mobile Banking services of DCB Bank.
