This statement is sent to them on their email and is password protected, so that only the cardholders are able to access it. The statement contains all the information related to their credit card such as the transaction details, pending amount, etc. Cardholders can also get the information related to their credit card through the SMS Facility, Phone and Mobile Banking services of DCB Bank.
