To address customer grievances efficiently, DCB Bank has set up a grievance redressal system that details the steps to be followed when filing any complaint you may have.
Level 1:
The first step is to contact customer care and see if you your grievance can be resolved. You can call, email or write to the bank’s customer care.

If you are not satisfied with the solution provided to you, you can contact the Branch Operations Manager (BOM) or the Relationship Manager (RM) at the respective branch.
