      15-45 days period is good and the best thing is they update your cibil every month with net banking service and chip and also has 100% cash withdrawal option with very less charges nice looking card and fast helpline service from bank through toll free.....

      The services are better with Development Credit Bank (DCB) Credit card services. I am having a sufficient limit and for the past 1.5 years I am having the Platinum card with them. Payment can be done through the same bank account in 1 or 2 days. Overall I am really happy with the services offered by them.

    You can lodge a complaint online on the DCB Bank website. Under “Complaint Redressal and Form”, you can find the complaint form. Simply fill out the complaint form and submit it. Enter your name, email ID, address, country, state and city. Enter your contact numbers. Choose your complaint as “Cards” and provide your account number. You can then write out the details of your complaint and submit the form.

    DCB Bank Credit Card Customer Care Escalation Procedure:

    Step 1:

    If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the customer care service, you can approach your bank branch or get in touch with the Branch Operations Manager or Relationship Manager.

    Step 2:

    You can escalate your issue further to the Regional Heads or Regional Nodal Officers. You can find a list of the officers below. You should receive a response within 10 working days.

    Step 3:

    If you are still not satisfied with the redressal, or have not received a response within 10 days, you can raise a complaint with the Principal Nodal Officer. You should hear back within 10 working days. In your communication, please state your customer ID, Account number, Bank branch, and Account title. You also need to provide your contact details such as address, email ID or telephone number. You can contact the Principal Nodal Officer at the following address.
