    The PNB Global Classic Credit Card is a multipurpose credit card that meets all the unique requirements of a cardholder. This card can be used for dining, shopping, vacationing, booking transport reservations, purchasing fuel, etc. with the additional benefit of being able to earn reward points that can be redeemed for attractive gifts.

    • Utility Bill Payment Facility:

      You can also use this card for paying your utility bills such as mobile/telephone bills, electricity bill, gas bill, etc.

      Use your PNB Global Classic Credit Card and avail a discount on Foods & Beverages at Sarovar Hotels, worth 10%-25% of the transaction amount.

    • Kairali Ayurvedic Group:

    Features of the PNB Global Classic Card:

    • Global Customer Entitlement:

      Customers can use their PNB Global Classic Credit Card at any merchant outlet worldwide that accepts Visa Cards. ATMs in India as well as abroad also accept this card for cash withdrawals, if it has displayed a Visa logo.

    • Free Credit Period:

      The cardholder can enjoy an interest free credit period of 20 days to a maximum of 50 days, if you have made a full payment towards the outstanding dues on your credit card on or before the due payment date.

    • Revolving Credit Facility:

      The cardholder can pay a minimum amount due on his/her credit card than pay the overall outstanding dues and the remaining balance will be adjusted towards the next month’s bill.

    • Balance Transfer Facility:

      This credit card also comes with balance transfer facility wherein you can transfer any outstanding balance on your other bank’s credit cards to this credit card and consolidate the payment towards the same.

    • Customer Support:

      Customer support is available around the clock and you can get assistance for information regarding credit limit/cash limit, outstanding balance on the card, the latest transactions made on the card, confirm receipt of payment made towards outstanding, redemption of reward points, place request for ATM PIN/ monthly account statements, etc.

    • Rewards Programme:

      Earn 2 reward points for every Rs. 100 spent on the card. Once the cardholder has accumulated 500 reward points he/she can redeem them for any exciting gift from the rewards catalogue.

    • EMI Facility:

      Avail EMI facility available on this card to convert your high end purchases to simple and affordable EMIs that can be repaid on a monthly basis. Customers can avail this facility within 10 days of making a purchase.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    In order to be eligible for the PNB Global Classic Credit Card, you have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

    • Educational qualification: the applicant must have passed his 10th standard exams at least, in order to qualify for a PNB Global Classic Credit Card.
    • The applicant must be at least 21 years old and not more than 65 years of age, in order to be eligible for this credit card.
    • The add-on cardholder must not be below 18 years of age or above 65 years of age.
    • Salaried applicants must fulfill an income criteria of minimum Rs.1,00,000/- annually.
    • Applicants who are into business or are self-employed/ professionals they must also fulfill an income criteria of at least Rs.1,00,000/- annually.
    • He/she must either be a Resident of India or must reside within the city limits of the Bank’s branches.

    Documentation:

    The documentation that has to be submitted by the applicant at the time of application is as follows:

    • Address Proof: The applicant must provide proof of residence at the time of application. It can be any of the following documents - Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Bank Account Statement, Letter from the employer, Letter from a bank-approved recognized public authority, etc.
    • Identity Proof: The applicant also has to submit valid identity proof at the time of applying for this credit card. It can be any of the following documents - Voter’s Identity Card, Passport, PAN Card, Identity Card, Driving License, Letter from a bank-approved recognized public authority or public servant verifying the applicant’s identity and residence.
    • PAN Card copy which is self-attested; or Form 60 / 61.
    • Proof of Income can be submitted in the form of Salary Certificate, IT Returns, copy of Form 16, or Salary Certificate.

    1. What is the lost card liability?

      The PNB Global Classic Credit Cardholder can enjoy freedom from financial liability that arises from unauthorized transactions on your lost or stolen credit card, if he/she has reported the same to the Bank through the customer service helpline.

    2. How can I report the loss of my credit card?

      In order to report the loss of your credit card you have to inform the customer care helpline of the same and then file a police report for the loss/theft of the card. Then you have to send a letter to the Bank as a confirmation of the loss of card, with the FIR copy attached.

    3. Will I get alerts for transactions made on my credit card account?

      Yes, you will get SMS Alerts for every transaction made in your credit card account.

    4. How can I change my residential address submitted at the Bank?

      The primary cardholder can place a request for making a change to his/her existing residential or employment address or other details such as telephone/mobile number, etc. by contacting the Bank’s Call Centre, through the Bank’s website or via a letter to the concerned Bank authorities.

    5. How is an IVR transaction conducted?

      The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) transactions can be conducted over the phone by the cardholder and all he/she has to do is enter the Credit Card number on an automated system in order to make a payment to a merchant towards the purchase of goods and services.

    6. Can I perform the IVR transaction without OTP?

      No, a PNB credit card IVR transaction cannot be conducted without using OTP.
