The credit limit of this HDFC credit card is completely at the discretion of HDFC Bank. The bank takes several factors into consideration before allotting a limit. Since this is a corporate credit card, your company will also have a role in allotting the credit limit.

If you are a registered HDFC customer but havent registered for NetBanking you can do so by requesting for online services at any physical branch. Customers who have access to NetBanking can't log in and click on the credit card section to explore more options.
You can visit the Credit Card section to redeem your reward points against various gifts and vouchers. Alternatively, you can also redeem the reward points using phone banking.
If the minimum amount due is not paid before the payment due date, late payment charges will be levied. The charges will range from Rs.100 to Rs.700 depending on the statement balance range.
You can use cash or cheque payment over the counter and also NEFT to make the payment. HDFC Account holders can use auto-pay, funds transfer or net banking to make a credit card payment.
You can apply for duplicate PIN using NetBanking. After successful submission of the request, the PIN will be sent to your registered address within 10 days. Also, you can use phone banking services to request a PIN change.
