HDFC Bank offers a Credit Card Rewards Programme called MyRewards to its credit cardholders that makes shopping a rewarding experience. Each credit card is eligible to earn reward points based on the type of the card.
Reward points are awarded for expenses on the HDFC Bank credit card. Once a customer has accumulated at least 500 reward points, they can redeem it from a number of options ranging across products, gift vouchers, discounts and air miles. HDFC has partnered with brands, airlines, retail stores, hotels, food outlets, and charities to provide its customers with a varied selection of rewards redemption.

You can earn reward points on your HDFC credit card when you make payments towards the following categories:
Via Netbanking
Step 1: Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking ID and Password and click on Credit Cards tab on top
Step 2: Register your Credit Card (one-time activity)
Step 3: Within the Credit Cards tab, click on Register New Card placed on left hand side navigation bar. You will need your four-digit Credit Card PIN to complete the registration process.
Step 4: Now click the Redeem Reward Points link on the left navigation bar
Step 5: Select your Card, click on Continue to proceed to the Online Redemption portal
Step 6: Click on Redeem Reward Points on the homepage
Step 7: Select Points Range and Item Category to view catalogue
Step 8: Select items by adding to shopping cart
Step 9: Once all items you want to redeem are selected, click on View Shopping Cart link to view items. Click on Edit to modify selected items
Step 10: Read Terms & Conditions and click on the check box confirming acceptance of same.
Step 11: Your registered address, email ID and contact number will also be displayed. In case of any discrepancy, call Customer Service Click on Redeem to confirm redemption. Note down the Redemption Order No. generated.

Download the Rewards Redemption Form online. Fill it up and mail it to HDFC Bank Credit Card Customer Care address to get your rewards.
Points + Pay (FasTrac Items)
You can redeem your points as a discount on products you can buy from the Rewards Catalogue. Use the points to pay for a part of the purchase and the balance will be charged to your credit card. This option can be used only on a select product range available in the Rewards Catalogue. You can redeem your points only through the Redemption Form.

The reward points that you earn on your HDFC credit card, can be converted into cashback by visiting the HDFC website.
Step 1: Log into to the HDFC net banking portal or the HDFC Bank website.
Step 2: After you have logged in, select ‘Cards’
Step 3: Choose 'Enquire' tab
Step 4: Click on 'Cashback Enquiry and Redemption'
Step 5: Choose the account number.
The reward points that you earn on your HDFC credit card are valid for two years from the date you accrue them. If you have 1,000 points accrued on 28 February 2023, the reward points are valid till February of 2025.
It can take up to 7 days once you apply for the redemption of your reward points.
For example, an HDFC Bank GiftPlus card can be swiped at almost all merchant outlets which accept Visa cards in India. A gift card is a prepaid card, and the amount is automatically debited when you swipe it.

The 10X reward points offered by HDFC allows individuals to earn 10 times the reward points that they normally earn. This is a program for HDFC credit card holders on all their shopping, travel, and entertainment expenses.
No, once you have ordered for merchandise, you cannot cancel, exchange or return it. If you have requested for air miles conversion, you cannot cancel your request.
Once you have made your request to convert your reward points into air miles, HDFC will relay this information to the concerned airline. It will take up to 7 working days for the airline to confirm the conversion to air miles.
