Level: 1 – The first level of contact should always be the customer care centre. Raise your concern/query by calling City Union Bank’s customer care helpline at 044-7122 5000.
Alternatively, you can also lodge your complaint using the online form available on the bank’s website under the ‘Grievance’ page. The form requires you to fill your details such as account number, name, mobile number, branch name and details of the complaint.
Once you submit the complaint form, you will receive a complaint reference number, which should be retained for all future references. Using the same number you can also check the status of your complaint online. The option ‘know the current status of your complaint’ is available in the same ‘Grievance’ page.
