To provide prompt and efficient service to its customers, Dhanlaxmi Bank aims to minimise the number of customer complaints and grievances by providing proper service delivery mechanism. The bank has a grievance redressal mechanism in place to ensure prompt redressal of complaints and grievances.
The multi-level grievance mechanism places bank officers including branch managers, regional officers, principal code compliance officers, nodal officers and managing directors of the bank at various levels to resolve queries on time.
Customers can make use of the grievance redressal mechanism effectively to seek a proper solution to all their unresolved queries/complaints.
Step:1 - The first step to raise any kind of query related to Dhanlaxmi Bank’s products and services includes contacting the customer care either by calling the customer helpline numbers or by sending an e-mail or sending a written request.
Step:2 - If the bank’s customer care division fails to provide resolution within 7-10 working days, customers can escalate the issue to the manager of the branch or to the regional officer under whose administrative control the bank functions. Complaints received at this level will be acknowledged in 3 days and resolved in 10 days from the date of receipt.
