If you lost your UCO Bank debit/ATM card or if your card is stolen, you need to report it immediately to the bank through the customer helpline channels.
You can either call the toll-free customer helpline number, send an SMS or send an e-mail to report the loss. The bank will hotlist or block the debit card immediately to prevent misuse.
In case you’re not able to approach the toll free customer care number, you can send an SMS in the below format to hotlist your debit card.
The SMS should be sent from the registered mobile number in three different formats.

UCO Bank provides an online complaint/grievance form to report your complaints with ease. The online form is available in the bank’s website at www.ucobank.com/english/usercomplaintform.aspx
Customers who wish raise a complaint related to UCO Bank’ products/services including ATM services, deposits, general banking services, NRI services, loan and advances, and other technology related services can visit the page, fill the required fields, and submit the same by clicking the ‘Save & Send’ button.
Once the form is submitted, a complaint reference number will be generated and the should be retained for all future purposes.

UCO Bank has a grievance redressal mechanism in place to ensure customer complaints and grievances are promptly resolved. The process allows the customers to escalate the unresolved issues to the bank’s higher officials by providing various communication channels.
Various steps involved in UCO Bank’s grievance redressal process are listed below.
Step: 1 – As a first step in grievance redressal, customers should try to raise their complaints/grievances using any one of the four channels.
Any complaint received through these channels will be resolved within 7 days of receiving the same and Branch Manager remains responsible for the resolution.
Step: 2 – If the complaint is not resolved, customers can escalate the same to the respective Zonal Offices. At the Zonal offices, Zonal Managers will act as Customer Relation Officers or Nodal Officers and will handle grievances against the bank branches falling under their zone.
