Bank of Maharashtra Credit Card Customer Care

The credit cards offered by the Bank of Maharashtra are all co-branded with the State Bank of India. Hence, for any kind of queries or complaints regarding your credit card, you can get in touch with the customer care of both the State Bank of India and Bank of Maharashtra. Bank of Maharashtra Credit Card Customer Care Numbers

The Bank of Maharashtra does not offer any specific numbers only for credit card and card related complaints or queries. However, you can get in touch with the Internet Banking customer care helpdesk at 020 24480797.

The State Bank of India offers a customer care number which is meant for all your credit card queries or complaints. You need to add your state’s local STD code and dial 39 02 02 02.

Bank of Maharashtra Credit Card Enquiries

Theft of Card

In case of theft, you will be required to report the theft at the toll-free number offered by the bank at 1800 233 4526 or 1800-102-2636.

If you are not able to contact Bank of Maharashtra, you can call the customer care of the State Bank of India as well to report the theft of your card. It is important that you report the theft immediately so that the customer care can block your card. This way, fraudulent transactions can be prevented.

Blocking of Card

If your card has been blocked by the bank, it might be due to suspicious activities, you can unblock it by calling the customer care of the bank through the toll-free numbers.

Bank of Maharashtra International Credit Card Customer Care Number

Bank of Maharashtra Grievance Redressal Procedure

The Bank of Maharashtra has a grievance redressal policy in place to make sure that all grievances, complaints, and queries are answered to the customer’s satisfaction.

Level 1:

If a customer has a complaint or query, the first level of grievance redressal is by contacting the customer care of the bank. You can contact Bank of Maharashtra through the toll-free number which is 1800 233 4526 or 1800-102-2636.

You can also download the feedback form from the website and submit it online.

The customer care representative will register your grievance or complaint and most complaints are resolved in the first level itself.

However, if you are not satisfied with the answers or the solution offered by the customer care representative, your query will be transferred to the branch manager of the bank.

Level 2:

The query or your complaint will be addressed by the branch manager in this level of grievance redressal.

The manager will be sending you the answers to your complaints either through e-mail, by call or you can also visit the manager at the bank itself. The answers will be in lieu of the registration number or ID of your complaint.

If the solution given by the branch manager is not satisfactory, your complaint will be transferred to the Chief Compliance Officer or the Nodal Officer at the zonal offices of the bank.

Level 3:

The Nodal officers at the zonal offices will be taking charge of your grievance in this level of redressal policy.
