    South Indian Bank – Grievance Redressal

    South Indian Bank has a grievance redressal mechanism to address all the unresolved issues related to its products and services.

    If any query or concern is not answered or not resolved through the bank’s customer care helplines, customers can approach Manager of the respective branch, where their account is maintained. The Branch Manager can be contacted either by phone, e-mail or in person for grievance redressal. As per the bank’s policy, issues reported to the manager should be resolved on the same day.

    In case the issue is not resolved at the branch level, customers can then resort to the bank’s complaint redressal system, which is a three-tier process to escalate the issues.

    The details of the grievance redressal mechanism is provided below.

    Stage-1: Complaints against a particular branch or queries not resolved at the branch level should be escalated to the respective Regional Heads.

    The Regional Officers specific to your region can be contacted using an online grievance registration form available on the bank’s website under the ‘Grievance Registration’ page.

    A downloadable grievance registration form is also available on the same page using which customers can send their complaints to the respective Regional Head through post.

    Once, you filed a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement within 3 days and you issue will be resolved within 10 days.
