The best thing about State bank of India Platinum Credit card is easily accessible and security, whenever I swipe the card in outlets,it is asking for PIN number. Initially I paid around 3k for getting the credit card, but I got gift vouchers worth 3k along with my credit card. I am paying off my credit bills through my SBI savings account via net banking. I am getting proper alerts for every transaction. When compared to other cards, the annual fees is high with SBI.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service offered by SBI credit card. I have been offered a ATM PIN number by default. I have tried to generate my new pin number and by mistake I have entered an incorrect pin number in-spite of which its still accepting my pin number. Guess they've some issues with their ATM machine. I have tried to call their contact centre to inform this . However I am unable to reach them in spite of me holding the line for more than 30 minutes. The only good thing about them is the credit limit as they offered me around 90000.

SBI credit card is best and mine is platinum card. SBI is good in offers but customer service is not up to mark. Whenever I do call the customer executives the call wait time is lengthy. In terms of offers they are giving rewards points and recently I got gift offer of bank, dinner set, which made me awesome feel. More than that received voucher worth rupees three thousand. In order to the pin number no much combustion as it is available in online. Credit card statement and schedule can be viewed over online. Rate of interest is 12.45% for twelve month in EMI conversion.

      0.5 3.0/5 "Satisfactory"
I have been holding a Gold & more credit card of SBI since 2012 to current. There are no much offers & discounts on the card just like other cards. I like the customer service and the response is always good. My only concern is I still didn't receive the ATM PIN of my credit card even after following up with the bank several times.
