  • Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card PIN Generation

When you receive a Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) credit card, the first thing you need to do is to set a PIN to begin using the card at retail terminals and online websites.

SCB usually dispatches credit cards through post or courier to your registered mailing address. When you receive the card, it's already activated, hence there is no separate activation process required for SCB credit cards.

However, you need to set the credit card PIN by yourself in order to use the card at ATMs and merchant terminals.

Discussed here are different methods through which you can generate SCB credit card PIN.

How to Activate SCB Credit Card?

When SCB dispatches your credit card, it is already in activated mode. However, the bank will not send any PIN along with the card.

Once you receive the card, you need to generate the PIN using any one of the methods mentioned above.

Once the PIN is generated, you can activate the card by using it at merchant terminals, ATMs, or through any PIN-required transactions.
