If you have access to internet on your PC or mobile, you can self-register your Standard Chartered Bank credit card for online banking. Follow the instructions mentioned below to register your card instantly.
Once the online banking account registration is successful, you can use the same credentials to login to the account to access your credit card account online.
If you have limited internet access, you can fill an online banking application form and send it to the bank through postal mail.
The application form is available at all SCB branches and also on the bank’s website (https://av.sc.com/in/content/docs/individual.pdf) for download. Alternatively, you can also call Standard Chartered Bank credit card helpline to request for the application form that will be delivered at your doorstep.
Once you receive the form, fill all the required details including personal details, credit card number, expiry date, etc., sign it and send it to the below address through post.

Once the bank receives the filled-in application, it will send your unique ID and password to your registered mailing address within three working days. You can use the credentials to login to your account instantly. On first login, it may ask you to change your password for security reasons.
Through credit card internet banking, you can check credit card balance, make credit card payment, view past credit card statement and raise a request for credit card limit enhancement.
You simply need to call Standard Chartered Bank’s phone banking service to raise a request to retrieve your user ID and password.
You can change Standard Chartered Bank’s internet banking account password through the 'Change of Password' option available in the online banking account.
You can check your current credit card statement as well as two previous statements by clicking on ‘Card Services > Card Information > Select the statement you wish to see’ in your online banking account.
You can pay your credit card bill immediately by clicking on ‘Card Services > Card Payment > Select the card you wish to pay for > Select debiting account > Select Payment Amount’.
