If you hold an active RBL Bank credit card and you also hold a savings bank account with the bank, you can just use your usual internet banking profile to log in and link your credit card. This will allow you to check your credit card statements and make bill payments directly.
However, if you do not hold a savings bank account with the bank, there are a few things that you would be required to do.

If you are already registered as a user on Cards Online, you can reset your password and access your RBL Bank credit card by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the bank at www.rblbank.com.
Step 2: Redirect to the online banking portal at online.rblbank.com.
Step 3: Click on ‘Login’ and then go to ‘Personal Banking’.
Step 4: Enter your 16-digit credit card number as your User ID.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Login’ option to generate an OTP which will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.
Step 6: Enter the OTP in the assigned field and proceed.
Step 7: Select the security question and enter the details as per relevance.
Step 8: Create the new password of your choice as per the prescribed instruction.
Step 9: Confirm the password and the password update process will be completed.
Step 10: You can now use this User ID and the new password to log in to your internet banking profile.
You can simply log in to your RBL Bank internet banking profile and check the balance that is due on your credit card. From the ‘Payment’ options provided in the portal, you can make direct payments for your RBL Bank credit card bills.
