Provided by HDFC ERGO, this insurance cover will provide a reimbursement for the unauthorised and fraudulent charges if the card is lost/stolen up to 7 days prior to reporting the card. This cover is valid for both primary and supplementary cards.
Call the Customer Contact Center immediately on 1800 102 6022 to report loss of card and ask for temporary deactivation if you think the card will be recovered at a later date. If you suspect it was stolen, please have it blocked and ask for a replacement card.
