1. Is there any charge for replacing a Corporate Gold Card?

   No. There is no additional charge levied on replacement of your Kotak Corporate Gold Card. The replacement is done free of cost anytime the request is placed with the customer care.

2. How do I apply for a Kotak Corporate Gold Card?

   You can apply online through the official Kotak Mahindra Bank website or by mailing the customer care with relevant details and an executive will get in touch with you for further processing.

3. What should I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

   You should immediately inform the Kotak Bank Customer Contact Centre and report the incident and place a request for the replacement of the card. The Program Administrator can also be informed of the same via email.

4. What are the over limit charges?

   Overlimit charges are not applicable since you can only make transactions within the credit limit on the card. Any transaction that exceeds this limit, is declined.

5. Can I apply for an add-on card?

   No. Corporate Gold Card does not offer the option of an add-on card.
