Earn 1 reward point for every Rs. 200 spent on your Syndicate Bank credit card. These reward points can be later redeem against your renewal fees, or you can cash it in. Each reward point is equal to 50 paise. You can encash reward points in multiples of 500 points, and the value will be credited to your credit card account.
There are no joining fees with this card. You also will not incur any annual fees. The cards are issued with a 3-year validity. A renewal fee may be applicable in the anniversary year.
Syndicate Bank offers one of the lowest finance charges at 2% per month. The highest rate of interest you can incur is 2.5% per month in case you default on your payments.
Withdraw cash up to 15% of your credit limit with a Classic Credit Card, and up to 25% of your credit limit with the Gold Credit Card. Concessional charges are levied on cash advances made through Syndicate Bank ATMs.
Report the loss of your card immediately to Syndicate Bank and you will not have to bear liabilities for fraudulent charges on your credit card. Syndicate Bank limits the card loss liability to Rs. 1,000 after notifying the bank.

You can withdraw cash from any ATM which displays a VISA logo in India and abroad. Withdrawing money from a Syndicate Bank ATM will attract a subsidized rate of interest. Interest is charged from the date of the transaction.
10% of the total payment due is the minimum amount due. The payment due date is the 10th of the succeeding month. The minimum due must be paid by the due date to avoid higher interest rates and your card being blocked.
The Credit Card Statement will be generated on the 20th of every month and sent to you via e-mail or regular post.
If you do not receive your credit card statement by the 27th of the month, please contact the 24-hour helpline. The customer care will give you the information regarding the amount payable. You can also request for a duplicate statement.
