The credit limit (the amount beyond which you cannot use your card for any type of transaction without incurring a fine) will be notified to you by the bank at the time of issuance of the card. This limit can be changed from time to time. In cases where your income has increased, you can always request the bank for a credit limit increase. The increase in your credit limit is at the bank's discretion.
How to Redeem Your Reward Points
There are four ways to redeem the points you earn on your IndianOil Citi Platinum Credit Card.The first is an instant redemption. This can be done at any participating fuel outlets in India. This redemption needs to be done over the counter at the time of payment. You can also redeem your points instantly with all Citibank partners.
The second way to redeem your points is to log on to Citibank's web page for redemption and choose a product or service from their rewards catalogue. Once you select the product you wish to purchase, put in your card details. Once it has been validated, an alert will be sent to your phone regarding the dispatch of the selected item within four business days. The next way is to convert your points to air miles.

Documentation was very simple in CITI Bank, they have done a spelling mistake in my name so i have returned that card.
