Application reference number or application number is a unique identification number allotted to everyone who applies for an RBL credit card. You may receive the number once you’ve submitted your application online through a pop-up/mail/SMS.

Step 1: Go to the RBL website, https://www.rblbank.com/static-pages/track-your-credit-card-application
Step 2: You will have to enter your application number or your mobile number and submit.
Step 3: Your application status will be displayed as soon as you submit your details. In most cases you may expect, in-progress, approved, dispatched, on-hold, rejected or no records found as your application status results.
|In-progress||When the bank is still processing the application, you will get the status as ‘In progress’.|
|On-hold||If for any reasons, the bank has kept your application on hold, you will receive ‘On-hold’ status. The reasons could be incomplete documentation or details. In any case, if the bank requires further details or documents from you, the concerned department will call you asking for the same. Once the gaps are filled the credit card processing resumes.|
|Approved||You will find the ‘Approved’ status, once your application is approved. You will soon receive your card to the address mentioned in the application.|
|Dispatched||Once your card is dispatched, your status will tell the same. You can expect the card in 2-3 working days once you receive a message saying that your card has been dispatched. Make yourself available at your mailing address as the card will be handed over only to the applicant.|
|Disapproved||A ‘Disapproved’ status says your application has been rejected as you failed to meet the eligibility criteria set by the bank. Ideally, you should receive the same message as SMS, saying your application has been rejected, without mentioning the reason.|
|No records found||If you enter incorrect details, the system will come back with a ‘No records found’ status. Re-enter the correct details to get the status right.|
