Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) offers two credit cards - TMB Titanium Credit Card and TMB Platinum Credit Card. The Titanium Credit Card is an unsecured card that offers flexible credit limits, zero annual fee and joining fee and comes with an EMV chip. The Platinum Card, on the other hand, is a secured credit card, which is offered to TMB customers who have a term deposit of Rs.50,000 and above with the bank. To avail the NACH facility, TMB cardholders need to fill the NACH form in which they will find an option to choose one of three payment options including minimum amount due, total amount due or fixed amount. The completed form should be sent to TMB Credit Cards division to activate the same.
Tamilnad Mercantile Bank credit card statements are issued every month on a predetermined date. You will be notified of this date. In this statement, you can check the details of your transactions, charges and cash withdrawals. The statement will be sent via internet or mail. In case you do not receive a statement, you need to get in touch with TMB. The bank will arrange for this information to be communicated to you at the earliest so that the statement can be resent and you can make the payment on time. Upon informing the bank, they will highlight it as an exceptional case in case you missed the due date.

There are no charges levied by Tamilnad Mercantile Bank in case of late credit card payments.
2. How will I receive my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will be sent through post every month. There is an option to receive this the statement via email or through Internet banking.
3. What should I do if I have not received my credit card statement?
You can call the TMB customer care service and inform them that you have not received your statement. You can also visit any TMB branch to inform them of the same. The bank will resend the statement, or give you the information you require to pay your credit card bill. TMB will also highlight your case as exceptional in case you are delayed in your credit card payment.
