    ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment - Online modes:

    • Click To Pay - Net Banking - From other bank accounts: 

      The ‘Click to Pay’ feature allows customers to make use of the Net Banking facility available from ICICI Bank to make payments towards an ICICI Bank credit card from other bank accounts. Payments made using this facility will be received in the ICICI Bank credit card account in just three working days. Hence, customers have to make the payment at least three days before the due date in order to avoid late payment charges.

      Net Banking can be completed in just four simple steps as explained below -

      • Step 1 

        Customers have to first select the net banker through whom they would like to make the payment for their ICICI Bank credit card. A dropdown with the entire bank list is available for users.

      • Step 2 

        The next step would be to provide the required card details like card type, sixteen digit ICICI Bank credit card number and the amount that has to be paid. The customer would be directed to a secure payment interface of the selected bank.

      • Step 3 

        The payment has to be confirmed by entering the authentication details like the Net Banking user ID and the password of the customer’s bank account. After the amount has been confirmed by the customer, the concerned bank account will immediately get debited.

      • Step 4 

        The customer will receive an online confirmation along with a Transaction Reference Number after the payment transaction has been completed.

    • From ICICI Bank accounts: 

      ICICI Bank customers can make payments towards their credit card using their ICICI Bank accounts through the ‘Bill Pay’ feature. When payments are done using this facility, the account will be credited in just two working days.

    • VMT Payments: 

      Customers can make payments for Visa credit cards through the Visa money transfer feature. The payment will be credited to the card account in three working days.

    • NEFT Payments

      Other bank account holders can also use the NEFT transfer process to make payments for their credit cards. Customers using this facility have to enter the IFSC code - ICIC0000103 and the transaction Code 52 while making payment transactions. Payments done using NEFT will be credited to the card account in just one working day.     • Debit Cards:   

      The ‘Click to Pay’ facility also allows ICICI Bank customers to make outstanding credit card bill payments using their debit cards.   Payments using debit cards can be completed in just four simple steps as mentioned below -

      • Step 1 

        Customers have to first select the type of debit card i.e., ICICI Bank Debit Card to initiate the payment process.

      • Step 2 

        Credit card details like the 16 digit ICICI Bank credit card number and the outstanding amount have to be provided by the customer. Once ‘Pay Now’ has been clicked, the customer would be directed to a secure card payment gateway.

      • Step 3 

        The required authentication has to be entered to confirm the payment which is being done through the customer’s debit card.

      • Step 4 

        Once the payment transaction has been completed successfully, the customer will receive a Transaction Reference Number as part of the online confirmation process.

    • Auto Debit: 

      ICICI Bank customers can use the auto debit feature to pay the minimum amount due or the entire amount due directly from the ICICI Bank accounts. Users can register for this service through Net Banking and receive a username and password from the 24/7 ICICI Customer Care. Additionally, the mandate form also has to be submitted to the bank. After the registration has been completed, the auto-debit standing instructions will come into effect from the next due date of the credit card. The payment for the credit card will be automatically made on the due date.

    ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment - Offline modes:

    ICICI Bank customers can use the following offline modes to make credit card payments.

    • ATM Payments: 

      Payments can be made at the nearest ICICI Bank ATM using an ICICI Bank debit card and the amount will be credited immediately.

    • Cheques or Drafts: 

      A local cheque or a draft can be dropped at the nearest ICICI ATM or ICICI Bank branch for making payments towards a credit card. The cheque should be drawn in favour of the ICICI Bank Credit Card with the sixteen digit credit card number mentioned on the cheque leaf. Additionally, the customer’s name and phone number has to be written on the cheque. If an ICICI Bank cheque is deposited then the payment will be done in three working days. Non-ICICI Bank cheques will be cleared in five working days. Outstation cheques taken at ICICI Bank locations will be credited in 12 working days and at Non-ICICI Branch locations the cheques will be cleared in 21 working days.

    • Cash: 

      Customers can also make cash payments at ICICI Bank branches, with the amount being credited in one working day. Cash transactions attract a service charge of Rs. 100 per payment along with service tax.

    • Call to Pay: 

      Payments for ICICI Bank credit cards can be done by calling the 24/7 ICICI Bank credit card customer care. Customers have to follow the IVR instructions to make payments using their debit cards. The payment will be credited immediately.

    ICICI Credit Card Statement:

    ICICI bank customers can easily view their credit card statements using Net Banking by logging into their online banking accounts. This ensures that customers have 24-hour access to their ICICI Bank credit card information and are up to date with the transactions. E-statements can also be got by credit card holders once they have registered with ICICI Bank.
