      "Charging a lot"
      0.5 1.0/5 "Really Bad"
I am still using credit card with Karur Vysya because I have taken it without knowing their level of customer service. Otherwise I would have thrown out their offer. Always, they are sending notification post due date, due to which I had to pay late payment charges. If I use my credit card for 6000 to 7000 rupees they made me to pay for 20,000 rupees which is not a good sign.

      0.5 4.0/5 "Great!"
I have a co-branded card with Karur Vysya Bank and State Bank of India. Bank has given me a good limit on my credit card. I even got offer for enhancing the credit limit on the card. The card is usual like any other credit card. Online access to credit card account also available. Both the banks simultaneously provide good service to the card holders.
