With the extended credit facility that is available on this credit card, a customer can repay his/her outstanding dues as per his/her convenience and ease. This kind of flexibility in the repayment of the credit card bill ensures customer satisfaction and lowers any possibility of defaulting on the payments made. The credit cardholder has the freedom of deciding the amount to be repaid - this can either be just the minimum amount due or a higher amount, or he/she can also repay the entire outstanding amount in lumpsum. The remaining balance, if any, will be carried over to the next month.
Yes. A Tata Croma Titanium Cardholder can share his/her credit limit with his family, with an add-on credit card and this card can be availed free of charge. Add-on card can be availed by the cardholder's parents, spouse, siblings or children who is at least 18 years old or above.
In case of an invalid cheque submission or cheque bounce, the bank charges the customer a fee of 2% of the cheque value which has been dishonoured. The minimum amount that has to be paid is Rs. 350 and a maximum cap is Rs. 500.
