    1. Can my spouse use my credit card instead of applying for an add-on card?

      The main credit card is issued in your name and should be used only by you. For any other person to use your credit card, you must avail of add on cards for them. You can get up to 5 add on cards for your parents, spouse, and children who have attained the age of 18. Add-on card charges will be billed to you.

    2. Can I retain my RBL Bank Classic Rewards Card if I relocated to another country?

      The card is internationally valid but is available only for residential Indians. As per the RBI guidelines, you need to surrender your credit card before you emigrate or relocate outside of India.

    3. What are the options to pay my credit card bill?

      Pay your credit card bill easily at your convenience using any of the following methods.

      • Write out a cheque to “RBL Bank Credit Card No.”, followed by your 16-digit card number and deposit it in any of the drop boxes available at any RBL Bank branch or provided by Skypak.
      • Set a standing instruction using the ECS or SI facility with RBL Bank to automatically debit your bank account of the credit card bill amount.
      • You can also pay in cash at any RBL Bank Branch. You need to pay Rs. 100 to use this facility.
      • You can also use “Quick Bill Pay” to pay from any bank account.
      • Transfer funds towards your credit card using the National Electronic Funds transfer or NEFT.
      • Use Cards Online to make payments easily and quickly online.
    4. When is interest charged on my purchases?

      You will receive up to 50 days interest-free periods on your purchases. If you clear your credit card bill in full by the payment due date, you will not incur any interest. If you choose to carry forward an outstanding balance, interest will be charged. Interest rates can reach up to 3.40% per month. All fresh transactions will attract finance charges from the date of transaction. Cash advances always attract interest from the date of transaction.

    5. How do I regulate the credit limits on my add-on cards?

      You can regulate the credit limits on your main card and add-on cards by calling the customer care service that is available 24x7. You can assign different limits for each card. You can only assign a limit lower than the credit limit granted to you by RBL Bank.
