A Forex credit card is one where you can pre-load the foreign currencies. With this card, you can avoid carrying cash and cheques. Punjab National Bank offers one forex card: PNB World Travel Card.
PNB World Travel Card
Currency of Issue and Validity of Card
The card is available in three currencies:
- USD
- GBP
- EURO
The card is pre-embossed with an expiry date and if the validity of your card expires, you have to apply for a new card.

Eligibility for PNB World Travel Card
- You have to be an Indian national
- You have to be a PAN card holder
- You should have the need/desire to travel abroad (except for Nepal and Bhutan)

- Application form Copy of VISA
- Copy of valid passport
- Declaration form cum A2
- Latest photograph of the customer (For Walk-in-Customer)

- Will I have to apply on advance for the credit card?
The credit card is an ‘across the shelf/Over the counter’ card. You can buy it on the date of journey as well.
- Can I use the card in India?
No, you can use the card can all across the world except for in India, Bhutan, and Nepal. You can use the card at PNB’s ATM in India for checking the balance, getting your statement and changing the PIN.
- Can I change the ATM PIN of the card?
Yes, you can go to any PNB ATM in India and change the PIN of the card.
