    The Bank of Maharashtra has tied up with the State Bank of India to offer two credit cards. It is essential to make timely payments of your credit card bill in order to maintain a good credit report. Here are the options which are offered by the Bank of Maharashtra to its customers to pay their credit card bills.

    Here Are The Methods To Pay The Bank Of Maharashtra Credit Card Bill Online:

    Bank of Maharashtra Net banking

    Net Banking is available as a credit card payment option for all customers. The steps to be followed to pay the credit card bill through net banking are:

    • Log in to your net banking account.
    • Select the 'credit card' tab and click on your registered credit card. To register, you need to enter your credit card number and other details.
    • Add the bill amount and click on the 'pay' option. The money will then be debited from your account and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
    • If, you do not hold a BOM account, log in to your savings bank net banking account and click on 'credit card'.
    • From the list of option, click on the 'pay' option. You cannot make payments without card registration.

    Paytm

    Paytm allows you to pay your credit card bills. In order to pay your credit card bill through the Paytm app or website, here are the steps which you need to follow:

    • Click on credit card, under the category of 'recharge and bill payments' after logging in to Paytm.
    • Enter your credit card number and the bill amount.
    • Select the mode of payment which can be through your Paytm wallet or any other savings account which is already linked to your Paytm account.

    NEFT

    A common method by which people pay their credit card bill is through NEFT. Here are the steps to follow in order to pay your credit card bill through NEFT.

    • Visit the Bank of Maharashtra website and then log into your account.
    • Click on the credit card tab.
    • Choose the 'payment' option. Register your credit card by adding the card number and the IFSC code.
    • After the card is registered, select 'NEFT' payment to pay the bill.
    • Enter the credit card bill amount and click on 'pay'. The amount will be debited from your account and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

    BillDesk

    BillDesk is an online website which allows you to make all kinds of payments, including credit card bills. To pay your credit card bill through BillDesk, here are some of the steps you need to follow:

    • Register with BillDesk. You can then receive bills and make online payments.
    • Choose your billers and payees from the list in the website so they will send you an e-mail copy of your bills.
    • At the end of every month, biller will raise and send you the bill through e-mail.
    • You can then authorize BillDesk to pay the bill amount of your credit card.
    • After the payment is made, you will get an e-mail confirmation about the same.

    Auto-debit

    Auto-debit is among the most common methods to pay your credit card bill. In this method, the payment for the credit card is automatically debited from your savings account on the due date.

    • You can opt for the auto-debit form of payment when you are applying for a credit card.
    • Submit your savings account details such as the account number.
    • At the end of the billing cycle, Bank of Maharashtra will debit the bill amount directly from your registered savings account.
    • If opted for in the middle of a billing month, the bill amount will be subjected to auto-debit from the following month.

    Bank of Maharashtra Mobile Banking

    The mobile banking facility is also available for customers in order to pay their credit card bill. Here are the few steps you need to follow to pay the credit card bill through mobile banking:

    • Click on the credit card tab. From the drop-down, click on 'payment' after logging in to the mobile app.
    • You must register your credit card by entering the card number and other details.
    • Enter the bill amount and click on the payment option. Once the money is debited, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

    UPI

    Credit card bill can be paid through UPI as well. Here are the steps which need to be followed to pay your credit card bill with UPI:

    • You will need to download the BHIM app through the phone.
    • Activate BHIM with the mobile number which is registered with your bank accounts.
    • Create a UPI account along with a security pin in order to make access more secure.
    • Add your bank account from which the money must be debited.

    RTGS

    Real Time Gross Settlement is a type of online payment for your credit card bill. RTGS payment is applicable if your credit card bill is more than Rs.2 lakh per day.

    To pay the bill through RTGS:

    • Log in to your net banking account and register your card.
    • You can pay your bill amount by selecting RTGS payment.

    RTGS is a form of payment offered by all net banking services.

    Here Are The Methods To Pay The Bank Of Maharashtra Credit Card Bill Offline:

    Cheque Payment

    Cheque payment is available for Bank of Maharashtra account holders as well as non-BOM account holders.

    • Write a cheque which will include the credit card account number, the date and the bill amount.
    • Submit the cheque directly at your bank branch or at a nearby drop box.

    Cash

    To pay your credit card bill through cash, visit the branch of the bank and fill a cash deposit form. The deposit form must include the credit card number, bill amount and the denomination of the notes. After filling the form, submit it to the bank.

    Draft

    The credit card payment can also be made with a demand draft. The demand draft will need to include your credit card number and the bill amount. It will need to be submitted at the branch of Bank of Maharashtra. A draft payment takes up to 3 working days to get cleared.

    ATM

    Payment of credit card can also be done from an ATM. You will have to visit an ATM and select the option 'deposit' and not withdrawal. Enter the credit card number or the account number. Deposit the bill amount after that and click on submit. It is advised to check the ATM before depositing the amount as not all ATMs accepts deposits.

    NEFT

    NEFT is also available offline as a mode of payment. Visit the bank branch of Band of Maharashtra or your savings account branch. You need to speak with a bank official once you visit the branch and they will help you make the payment.

    Phone Banking

    Phone banking is also an option which can be used to pay the credit card bill of Bank of Maharashtra. It is an offline method.

    • Call the customer care bank from your registered mobile number.
    • Provide your date of birth for identification as well as your phone number.
    • The phone banking official will then make the payment on your behalf while being on call with you.
