You can pay by EMI on individual transactions made using your Bank of Maharashtra credit card. Each purchase transaction has to be converted into an EMI separately, where it is converted into a loan for a fixed tenure of months chosen by you. The tenure can be three, six, nine, 12, 18, and 24 months.
For your Bank of Maharashtra EMI conversions on credit card payments, you will have to pay the rate of interest (which is currently at 1.25% per month) along with a processing fee which is 2% of the transaction amount (for a maximum of Rs.1,500 plus GST and a minimum of Rs.299).
