The Bank of Maharashtra has tied up with the State Bank of India to offer two credit cards. It is essential to make timely payments of your credit card bill in order to maintain a good credit report. Here are the options which are offered by the Bank of Maharashtra to its customers to pay their credit card bills.
Credit Card Bill Payment
Net Banking is available as a credit card payment option for all customers. The steps to be followed to pay the credit card bill through net banking are:

Real Time Gross Settlement is a type of online payment for your credit card bill. RTGS payment is applicable if your credit card bill is more than Rs.2 lakh per day.
To pay the bill through RTGS:
RTGS is a form of payment offered by all net banking services.
Cheque payment is available for Bank of Maharashtra account holders as well as non-BOM account holders.
To pay your credit card bill through cash, visit the branch of the bank and fill a cash deposit form. The deposit form must include the credit card number, bill amount and the denomination of the notes. After filling the form, submit it to the bank.
The credit card payment can also be made with a demand draft. The demand draft will need to include your credit card number and the bill amount. It will need to be submitted at the branch of Bank of Maharashtra. A draft payment takes up to 3 working days to get cleared.
Payment of credit card can also be done from an ATM. You will have to visit an ATM and select the option 'deposit' and not withdrawal. Enter the credit card number or the account number. Deposit the bill amount after that and click on submit. It is advised to check the ATM before depositing the amount as not all ATMs accepts deposits.
NEFT is also available offline as a mode of payment. Visit the bank branch of Band of Maharashtra or your savings account branch. You need to speak with a bank official once you visit the branch and they will help you make the payment.
Phone Banking:
Phone banking is also an option which can be used to pay the credit card bill of Bank of Maharashtra. It is an offline method.

If you are not able to make the full payment of your total due amount, and you have outstanding balance from the previous months, the you will have to pay the finance charges which will be applicable from the date of purchase till the date of payment or the statement date, whichever is earlier.
No, the entire outstanding amount in your credit card bill statement cannot be converted into an Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI). You can pay by EMI on individual transactions made using your Bank of Maharashtra credit card. Each purchase transaction has to be converted into an EMI separately, where it is converted into a loan for a fixed tenure of months chosen by you. The tenure can be three, six, nine, 12, 18, and 24 months.
For your Bank of Maharashtra EMI conversions on credit card payments, you will have to pay the rate of interest (which is currently at 1.25% per month) along with a processing fee which is 2% of the transaction amount (for a maximum of Rs.1,500 plus GST and a minimum of Rs.299).
