    Rewards Handling Charges

    Rs. 99 is charged towards courier and handling fee for redemption of reward charges. Platinum Elite, Emirates Elite and Inner Circle Platinum Card holders will not attract these fee.

    Cash Advance Fee

    Rs. 300 or 3% of the the amount withdrawn, for every transaction. Apart from this, for withdrawals that are done using the teller facility at any of the Standard Chartered branches, an additional Rs. 500 will be charged.

      Once all documents are approved and processed, it takes about 9 days approximately for the card to be approved.

      Yes, fee is charged based on the total amount that is due. The table below gives further details.

    5. What is the interest free credit period that is allowed?

      Based on the payment due date, the grace period can vary between 18-48 days or 25-55 days.
