    How to Block your PNB Credit Card through Net Banking

    To block your credit card through net banking, the steps you must follow are:

    • Log in to your PNB net banking account.
    • Click on ‘Value added Service’ then select the option of ‘ATM/Debit Card Hotlisting’.
    • Choose your account number from the list to which your credit card is linked.
    • Once done, click on ‘continue’.
    • Choose the appropriate card number.
    • Enter the password and click on ‘submit’.

    You will receive a message confirmation once you click on ‘submit’.

    How to Block your PNB Credit Card through Mobile Banking

    • Log in to the PNB One App using your credentials.
    • Click on ‘credit card’, and opt to ‘hotlist credit card’.
    • Choose the account number from the list given.
    • Click on Continue’.
    • Select the card number.
    • Enter the transaction password and then click on ‘continue’.

    Blocking your PNB Credit Card via SMS

    • Along with mobile banking and net banking, you can also request to block the credit card by sending an SMS HOT Card Number to 5607040 from your registered mobile number.

      Once you send a request to block your credit card, Punjab National Bank will block your card immediately.

    2. Will Punjab National Bank reissue the credit card?

      Yes, if your credit card is blocked, you can request the bank to reissue another credit card. Once the request is registered and processed, the new credit card will be sent to you within 7 working days.
