If the fraudulent transaction is the fault of the bank, the amount will be compensated by the bank. However, in such cases where neither you nor ICICI bank at fault, the bank will compensate the amount up to Rs.5,000.
When your credit card is blocked and your request for a reissue is registered, it may take up to 7 working days for ICICI Bank to reissue your new credit card.
