The following are the ways to pay your ICICI Bank Sapphiro credit card bill.
After you pay the joining fee of Rs. 6,000 for the ICICI Bank Sapphiro credit card, you will receive the complimentary set of Bose IE2 Audio Headphones within 30 days.
Your credit card has been enabled with a microchip and the PIN which is required at any merchant outlet. For online transactions, you need to register for 3D Secure, also known as Verified by VISA to ensure that your online transactions are safe and verified by you.
When you default on a payment, you automatically incur penal charges. Depending on the amount you owe the bank, the penalty will be levied. Apart from this, your interest rate can be raised up to 3.50% per month. If you continue to default on your credit card, ICICI Bank will have to follow protocol and report you to CIBIL. This will affect your credit score. Ensure you pay at least the minimum due to avoid these consequences.
If your card is lost, misplaced or damaged, kindly request for a new card through the ICICI credit card customer care service, Internet banking or at the Bank branch. The old card will be blocked and a new one will be issued. The replacement card costs Rs. 100 and will reach you within 7 working days.
