How to Block your HSBC Credit Card through Phone Banking

For HSBC Customers

  1. If you are an HSBC customer and notice any fraudulent transaction on your credit card, you must immediately call the HSBC credit card toll-free customer care number at 1800 267 3456 or 1800 121 2208.

For Non-HSBC Customers

  1. If you are not an HSBC customer but have seen that there is an HSBC Credit Card that has been opened under your name or you have received an email or message about an HSBC Credit Card, you can contact the security centre of HSBC at 877 826 8684.
