For the first year, there are no annual fees levied. VISA Classic and Mastercard cardholders will get the annual fees waived every subsequent year if they spend at least Rs. 18,000 in the previous year. The VISA Platinum card needs to have a minimum of 18 transactions made in the previous year to get the fees waived.

You can withdraw cash of up to 50% of your card limit. This is subject to the ATM daily cash withdrawal limits of Rs. 20,000 per day or a maximum of two transactions. Cash advances will be charged at 3% of the transaction amount. If you pay the amount by the due date, no interest will be charged. If you miss the due date, only then will service charges be applicable.
There are no transaction charges levied for withdrawals made at any of the Andhra Bank ATMs.

To apply for an Andhra Bank Credit Card, you need to furnish the following documents.
VISA Classic - This credit card costs nothing to avail of. It carries an annual fee of Rs. 500 which is waived if you spend Rs. 18,000 or more in the previous year. This card is also eligible for the Rewards Programme.
VISA Gold - This card is free but carries an annual fee of Rs. 1,000. This is waived if you spend at least Rs. 30,000 in the previous year. Add on cards carry an annual fee of Rs. 400. This card is eligible to enter into the Rewards Scheme. This card is valid globally.
Mastercard Electronic Credit Card - This card is eligible for Reward points. There is no Group Personal accident insurance provided with this card.
VISA corporate - Designed to fit the requirements of corporates and other institutions, this card brings benefits to both employer and employee.
Platinum Credit Card - This card carries a host of benefits not available on other cards. You need to be earning at least Rs. 3 lakhs per annum or have a deposit of Rs. 1 lakh. For the Platinum card holders, Andhra Bank offers up to Rs. 10 lakh group personal accident insurance at a nominal premium. Add-on cardholders can get up to Rs. 5 lakh coverage.
Signature Credit Card - This is a top-end card that caters to the elite with incredible features and benefits. You need an income of at least Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. The minimum credit limit is Rs. 2 lakhs. Enjoy lower interest and service charges, fuel surcharge waivers, lost card insurance and more. Andhra bank signature card is also embedded with an EMV chip and PIN that enhances its security.
Credit card statements will be mailed on the 1st of every month to the registered billing address via Indian Postal Service. You will also receive an email with the credit card statement.
The payment due date on any Andhra Bank credit card will be the 20th of every month.
You can make payments towards your credit cards in any of the following ways:
Reminders to pay your bill will be sent via fax, phone, SMS, post or email. The minimum due must be paid by the due date. A penalty will be charged upon missing this payment. Upon continuous default, the bank has the right to take legal action to recover the debt. You will also be reported to CIBIL, which will hamper all future credit opportunities.
You must immediately report it to Andhra Bank. You must notify the bank in writing. You must also lodge a complaint and file an FIR with the police. Submit a copy of this to the bank. You can also call the Andhra Bank hotline to notify the bank before submitting it in writing.
Andhra Bank offers special credit card schemes for students. Contact the bank to know more. These cards do not have the feature of add-on cards.
Reward points can be earn on select Andhra Bank credit cards. Simply spend on your credit card to collect points. For every Rs. 100 you spend, you will collect 1 reward point. Each point is worth 0.50 paisa.
