    Andhra Bank Rewards Scheme:

    Andhra Bank runs the ABLE Rewards Programme rewarding you with every Rs. 100 spent on your credit card. Earn one point for every Rs. 100 you spend at merchant outlets, online, IVR and MOTO. The cards eligible for the rewards scheme will be issued in association with VISA and Mastercard. The cards are listed below:

    • Andhra Bank credit cards are issued to their customers. Non-customers are considered selectively.
    • The minimum income required is Rs. 1.8 lakhs.
    • Cards can be availed of against deposits without income proof.
    • Add on cards can be availed of for spouse, parents and major children. 2 cards can be applied for.

    Mastercard Electronic Credit Card - This card is eligible for Reward points. There is no Group Personal accident insurance provided with this card.

    1. When will I receive my credit card bill?
    2. Credit card statements will be mailed on the 1st of every month to the registered billing address via Indian Postal Service. You will also receive an email with the credit card statement.

    3. When is my credit card bill due date?
    4. The payment due date on any Andhra Bank credit card will be the 20th of every month.

    5. How do I pay my credit card bill?
    6. You can make payments towards your credit cards in any of the following ways:

      • Cheque or Draft
      • Pay Order payable at Hyderabad
      • Utility Payment Module at ATMS using the AB VISA Electron Debit Card.
    7. What happens if I default on my credit card payment?
    8. Reminders to pay your bill will be sent via fax, phone, SMS, post or email. The minimum due must be paid by the due date. A penalty will be charged upon missing this payment. Upon continuous default, the bank has the right to take legal action to recover the debt. You will also be reported to CIBIL, which will hamper all future credit opportunities.

    9. What do I do in case I lose my credit card?
    10. You must immediately report it to Andhra Bank. You must notify the bank in writing. You must also lodge a complaint and file an FIR with the police. Submit a copy of this to the bank. You can also call the Andhra Bank hotline to notify the bank before submitting it in writing.
