To successfully apply for an Indian Bank Global Classic Credit Card you need to meet the following criteria.
No, there is no restriction to the number of transactions you can carry out in a day with your Indian Bank Global Classic Credit Card.
If you fail to pay the minimum due by the payment due date, you will be imposed with a fine of Rs. 250. Your credit limit will be reduced by 25%. Once you make the payment, the limit will be restored. Failure to pay any dues for two consecutive months will attract an additional charge of Rs. 500 and the card will be blocked. Continued delay for three months will result in you being marked as a defaulter.
If you lose your credit card, report it immediately to the Indian Bank Credit Card Customer Centre. You need to file a complaint with the police authorities in case you suspect theft or any misuse of the card. File an FIR and submit a copy to the Credit Card Centre. Upon reporting the card loss, it will be blocked immediately to safeguard you from fraudulent activity.
The billing date is set to be the 20th of every month. The statement will be dispatched via Post or Courier. You should receive your statement within 7 days. If you do not receive it, you should contact customer care immediately to gather the required billing information. Your payment due date will usually be 15 days from the statement date.
The minimum amount due is the amount you have to pay to avoid penalties and corrective action. For your Indian Bank Global Classic Credit Card, the minimum due is calculated as 5% of the total bill. Paying only the minimum amount due will stretch your payment over years. For example, if you have billed Rs. 5,000 to your credit card, your minimum due is 5% plus interest. If you continue to pay only this amount, you will take 6 years to clear this bill.
