How to be Eligible for Complimentary Lounge Access?

The following are the eligibility criteria for complimentary lounge access:

  1. Customers will be eligible for complimentary lounge access from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024, if spending Rs.75,000 between 26 June 2024 to 25 September 2024.
  1. Customers will be able to avail lounge access benefits from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025, if the spending requirement of Rs.75,000 between 26 September 2024 and 25 December 2024.

How to Access Complimentary Airport Lounges in India?

The following are the ways to access complimentary airport lounges in India:

  1. To enter participating lounges, customers must provide an unexpired, valid card along with a valid air ticket or boarding pass for the same or next day travel.
  1. On each eligible card at the lounge entrance, an authorisation fee of Rs.2 will be charged.
  1. Airport lounge access to the cardholder is free while charges will apply for the accompanying guests.
  1. A third party provides the program which is subject to their terms and conditions.
