You can also call the number 18002586161 to report any unathorised transaction on your card. You can then get it blocked and ask the bank to reissue you a new card.

In case of unauthorised transaction due to negligence from the bank’s end, you will be offered ‘Zero Liability’by the lender. However, in case of negligence from your end, you will have 100% liability unless you have informed the bank regarding the fraudulent transaction within three business days.
In case you notice an unauthorised transaction or you lose your card, you must inform the bank within three business days of the incident.
Yes, the bank will offer you the full compensation in case you report the unauthorised transaction on time.
