    • Provide the four-digit PIN or use your index finger as ‘Touch ID’ to log in.
    • Under the ‘Menu’ section, click on ‘Pay’, and then click on ‘Cards’.
    • Click on the credit card/s you wish to block.
    • You will find the ‘Block’ option. Click on it.
    • Provide the reason which is either lost or stolen to get your card blocked.
    • You can also select the option of getting the card reissued.
    • Click on ‘Block Card’.

    Depending on the city in which you reside, you can call the phone banking number to report an unauthorised transaction on your card. If you are an NRI customer, you can call the phone banking number depending on the country in which you reside.     You can also call the number 18002586161 to report any unathorised transaction on your card. You can then get it blocked and ask the bank to reissue you a new card.
