    Bank of India Credit Card customers can report any fraudulent transaction which occurs on their credit card by contacting customer care. It is advised that credit cardholders contact the bank immediately if they notice a fraudulent transaction on the card. The bank will then block your BOI credit card to prevent fraudulent transactions and reissue a new one on your request.

    How to Block your BOI Credit Card through Mobile Banking

    • To block or hotlist your Bank of India Credit Card via mobile banking, you can do so by logging in to your Bank of India Credit Control mobile application.
    • Through the mobile application, you can request to block the credit card. Once done, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.

    Blocking your BOI Credit Card through Phone Banking

    • You can also block your credit card via the phone banking facility offered by the Bank of India.
    • To do so, you can contact the BOI credit card customer care at 1800 220 088 and request to hotlist your credit card.

    Blocking your BOI Credit Card via Email

    • To hotlist your credit card, you can send an email to headoffice.cpdcreditcard@bankofindia.co.in and state the reason to block your credit card.
