Outstanding credit card bills can be paid without any hassles, conveniently before the due date. The online payment modes available to IDBI Bank customers are Visa Money Transfer, Card to Card Payments, IDBI Bank InstaPay, IPay, Auto Debit, Net Banking and National Electronic Funds Transfer - NEFT. IDBI Bank customers can use the following offline payment options - Cheques, Drafts or through Cash.

    IDBI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment - Online modes:

    IDBI Bank customers can use the following online modes for making payments -

    • IDBI Bank InstaPay:

      Customers can make quick payments using the InstaPay service provided by IDBI Bank. This service can be used by IDBI Bank customers and payments can be done using IDBI Bank Internet Banking or IDBI Bank Debit Cards. In order to make credit card bill payments customers have to select from any one of the following options - IndusInd Bank credit card, Axis credit card, BOI credit card, CITI credit card, PNB credit card, Kotak credit card, SBI credit card and RBL credit card. The relevant payment details have to be entered by the user to complete the transaction. IDBI Bank takes two working days to credit the funds into the card account.

    • IPay:

      Using the IPay facility, customers can pay IDBI Bank credit card bills through any bank account in India. Instant payments can be done through an IDBI Bank account or a Non-IDBI Bank account by customers directly to the credit card account. This service is provided free of cost by IDBI Bank and users have the option of selecting from over 50 banks across the country.

    • Visa Money Transfer:

      Payments can be done for any IDBI Bank Visa Credit Card from other bank accounts through the Visa Money Transfer service.

    • Card to Card:

      IDBI Bank offers the Card to Card service to make payments towards Visa credit card bills issued by any bank in India. This service is provided in collaboration with Visa and all IDBI Bank MasterCard and Visa Debit Card holders are eligible to avail this facility. The Card to Card service can be used through internet banking, ATMs or through an IDBI Bank branch. The time taken for the payment to be credited to the card account would be two to three working days. Customers have the option of scheduling payments for the future and also view previous bill payments. The Card to Card service can be accessed from any location and is fast and secure.

    • Auto Debit:

      IDBI Bank customers can set auto debits on their bank accounts to pay outstanding credit card bills before the due date. While enrolling for this service, customers need to authorize the monthly payment to be completed by IDBI Bank from the concerned IDBI Bank savings or current account.

    • National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT):

      Customers can make NEFT transfers to pay their IDBI Bank credit card bills using the IFSC code - IBKL0NEFT01. Any bank account can be used while making the NEFT transaction by the IDBI Bank customer. The bank name should be IDBI Bank Ltd. along with the credit card number being added as the beneficiary account number.

    • Net Banking:

      The Net Banking facility allows IDBI Bank customers to make payments for outstanding credit card bills directly from an IDBI Bank savings account or current account.

    IDBI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment - Offline modes:

    • Cheque or Draft:

      A local cheque or draft can be dropped at any IDBI Bank drop box available in IDBI Bank branches or at IDBI Bank ATMs. The cheque or draft that is dropped should be payable to the IDBI Bank Card Number.

    • Cash Payment:

      Cash payments can also be made for IDBI Bank credit cards at any IDBI Bank branch. Customers have to mention the payment amount, card number and contact number while paying by cash. IDBI Bank would provide an immediate receipt for cash payments.

    Credit Card Statement:

    IDBI Bank customers can receive their credit card statements every month on their registered email addresses. Requests for email statements can be made with the 24/7 Customer Care by IDBI Bank customers. The other option is to receive physical statements to their residential addresses. An IDBI Bank credit card statement will contain the following details - card number, statement period, minimum amount due, due date, cash limit, credit limit, payments, interest rates and fees and rewards points’ information. Customers can also login to their IDBI Bank Credit Card Net Banking accounts and download the e-statement or call the customer care for details.
