How to Qualify for Complimentary Domestic Lounge Access with YES Bank Credit Cards

Travelling can be stressful, but YES Bank Credit Cards make domestic airport experiences more comfortable with complimentary lounge access. This benefit depends on your quarterly spending, with rules effective from 1st April 2024 and updated from 1st April 2025. 

Step 1: Eligibility Rules Effective 1st April 2024

To qualify for complimentary domestic lounge access, cardholders needed to spend Rs. 35,000 or more in a quarter. 

Quarter Periods and Lounge Access:

Example: If a cardholder spends Rs.35,000 or more between 21st June and 20th September 2024, they are eligible for complimentary lounge access from 1st October to 31st December 2024.  

Note: Spends exclude fee payments, reversals or cancelled transactions, rental payments, and wallet transactions. Eligibility is calculated based on the transaction settlement date. 

Step 2: Updated Eligibility Rules Effective 1st April 2025 

From 1st April 2025, eligibility is card-specific. You must spend a threshold amount or more in the previous quarter to qualify for complimentary lounge access in the next quarter.

Example: If a cardholder with a MARQUEE Credit Card spends Rs.1,00,000 or more from 1st January to 31st March 2025, they are eligible for complimentary domestic lounge access from 1st April to 30th June 2025. 

Important Notes 

1. Spends exclude fee payments, reversals, cancelled transactions, rentals, and wallet transactions. 

1. Spends are counted based on transaction settlement date, which may differ from the actual transaction date. 

1. If the spend threshold is not met, lounge access will be charged at prevailing rates plus taxes for the cardholder and any guests. 

How to Get Lounge Access with Your YES Bank Credit Card Offline?

The following are the steps to get the lounge access with your YES Bank Credit Card:

1. Visit the participating domestic or international airport lounges of YES Bank
2. Provide flight ticket/boarding pass
3. Provide the YES Bank lounge access credit card
4. Complete the authentication through tap or swipe to access the airport lounge

How to Get Lounge Access with Your YES Bank Credit Card Online?

You can follow the steps given below to book lounge visits online:

1. Step 1: Visit the DreamFolks Login Page to start the process.
2. Step 2: Enter your mobile number, and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter OTP for verification.
3. Step 3: After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the ‘Add Card’ page. Enter your YES Bank Credit Card details and click ‘Register’.
4. Step 4: An OTP (with a charge of Rs.2) will be sent to your phone for credit card verification. Enter OTP to complete the authentication.
5. Step 5: Once logged in, you will see a home page displaying the services and benefits available with your card. Complimentary lounge access will be listed if eligible.
6. Step 6: Click the 'Browse' button to view the eligible lounges available at your selected airport.
7. Step 7: Choose your airport and select a lounge from the list. Click ‘Access Now’ to proceed. Ensure the correct outlet is selected.
8. Step 8: If you have multiple YES Bank Credit Cards, select the one you wish to use for lounge access.
9. Step 9: Check the pricing for the selected lounge and add any guests. Depending on your benefits, guest charges may be complimentary or paid. Click ‘Get Price’ for details.
10. Step 10: Click ‘Proceed’ to authorize the transaction. You will be asked to confirm the non-refundable Rs.2 charge for card validation.
11. Step 11: Enter the OTP to authorize payment and complete the transaction.
12. Step 12: After successful payment, a QR code will be generated. Present the QR code, along with your boarding pass, at the lounge for access. The QR code is valid for 48 hours.
